You have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement
You will use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access if these terms are violated.

3. Use of Platform Content

All content on Choose Sapphire—including course videos, written materials, templates, and community resources—is the intellectual property of Choose Sapphire or its contributors.

You may:

Use the content for your personal and professional growth

You may not:

Copy, resell, redistribute, or share course materials without express written permission
Use our resources in coaching programs, external communities, or commercial platforms without prior consent

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases made through our site are final unless otherwise stated.

Course access is granted after successful payment via our secure providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Due to the digital nature of our offerings, no refunds are provided once access is granted.
If you're experiencing accessibility barriers, contact us and we will do our best to provide support or an accommodation.

5. Community Guidelines

Our community is built on principles of safety, neurodivergent inclusivity, and mutual respect. You agree to:

Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior
Respect pacing, sensory needs, and personal boundaries

We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these values, without refund.

6. Gamified Systems and Progression

Our points, badges, and achievement systems are intended to motivate and support progress. Abuse of the system (such as spam posting to gain rewards) may result in revoked access or reset standings.

7. Your Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Ensuring the accuracy of your profile information
Using the platform in a way that aligns with your individual needs and boundaries
